What will be the next big thing in design? It seems Turkish design! In the future I think that winner cultures will be cultures that will blend east and west. Turkey could be one of these, either for geographic position either for cultural factors. Thus, waiting for Istanbul Design Week(4-10 september), have a look at Autoban's products. They are inspired by nature and ritual of daily life and above all Autoban's objects are emotional, never 'cold'. Autoban won several awards and in 2004 Wallpaper magazine placed Autoban among the 5 best young designers of the world.
