pen plan china*

Visiting the March Studio website (see the last post), I 've discovered this great project made by this studio: Pen Plan China.
This project plans to explore the perceptions and relationships our children have of our world.

Pen Plan China
is a full-scale cardboard model of a traditional Chinese courtyard house that invites children from Perth to imagine what it might be like to live on the other corner of the world. See also Pen Plan Paris. The imagination of children is always fantastic! Have a creative day!

zoe bradleys' fashion sculptures: dramatic and light*

Hi everybody, have a nice week with the amazing and dramatic works by Zoe Bradley. Zoe has worked for Alexander Mc Queen and Michiko Koshino. Her handcrafted headpieces, showpieces, windows installations are sculptures touched by fashion. She often works with luxury papers that give her dramatic work a special lightness: this is a great skill ! See more on her website.

waiting for the spring ...#2*

I have fallen in love with the works by swiss designer Marie-France de Crécy. She works in Paris as a textile designer and fashion consultant. I love the lightness and the feminity of her works.

in feathers we trust*

Hi everybody, have a nice week with ...feathers!
A while ago I've seen a paper headpiece by Kamo on T magazine: it was wonderful, the kind of thing I love. Kamo is a hairstylist who usually work with Junya Watanabe, Comme des Garcons, Undercover. I'm fascinating by feathers these days , so here is a beautiful work by Katsuya Kamo, directed by Junya Watanabe and photographed by Yasutomo Ebisu appeared on Marie Claire. Go to the link to see this wonderful work!

See how beautiful are these illustrations by San Francisco based artist Danny Roberts.
They are comtemporary with something that reminds me old illustrations: I think he is a talent to follow.
