le souk*

Danielle de Lange from the beautiful blog the Style Files has opened her webshop Le Souk
, a nice shop that sells Maroccan products and other amazing things like crochet toys by Anne Claire Petit, bags by Zo design (whom I've talked about) and many other things.
An important thing is that Le Souk donates at least 5% of its profits to Women for Women, a nongovernmental organisation helps women in war-torn regions rebuild their lives by providing them with job skills training, rights education, access to capital, assistance in small business development. Le Souk is surely a place to shop for Christmas!

maan*

I love Maan, a belgian collection for kids, it is stilish and colourful. It reminds me a little bit of Dries Van Noten for the beautiful combo colors.

song*

Today I begin a new section ...of heart*: shops of heart*. I'm looking for the most interesting shops around the world for interior design and designers or things they sell. Suggestions are welcome! I begin with Song in Vienna-Austria. It has a raw, but elegant interior design and it has a beautiful selection of designers like Balenciaga, Peter Hardner, Tao(protegè of Rej Kawakubo). Have a look at Song website.
Have a nice sunday!

modern chandelliers*

Hallo everybody, I'm sorry for disappearing from the blog...but it was a very busy time! I hope to post more regularly in the next days. I've found these nice chandelliers on the beautiful site of Abigail Ahern. I especially love the white Neo Baroque inspired chandellier. As you have seen in my last posts, I'm into chandelliers right now, because I'm looking for a chandellier for my home: it must be dramatic, with a modern twist. Any tips, please?

The second product is called Dulce, it is a rug for spanish brand Nanimarquina. It is made of felt and it look like a nest to cocoon in the home.

et voilà, les filles de garance!*

Hallo everybody!I wish you a nice week full of smiles with the beautiful illustrations by french illustrator Garance Dorè. When I've spotted Garance's illustrations, I've immediately smiled. The girls of Garance are full of humour, they seems not to take theirselves too seroiusly: I love that! And I love the way they play with fashion and with some feminine behaviours! If you speak French, go to the Garance site: it is a very nice reading!
